Meditation Classes

Cultivating mindful awareness infused with compassion—for yourself and for others.
These meditation sessions guide you in developing a gentle, curious attention toward your inner experience. Through the practice of mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation (metta), you will learn to recognize the habitual patterns that shape your reactions and choices. This exploration creates space for insight and transformation while deepening your capacity for kindness—toward yourself and the people in your life.

Guided by Lisa, a practitioner with 20 years of experience in the Karma Kagyu lineage, these sessions welcome both beginners and experienced meditators. Lisa teaches weekly meditation classes in Marseille at Shivalaya, as well as online with Planet Dharma and Dharma Europe. She offers classes in both English and French, and all of her sessions weave in practical philosophy for living a meaningful and grounded life.
